HOW TO LIST YOUR REAL ESTATE: Click on FIND AN AGENT and you will find real estate agents. You can compare their backgrounds, commission rates and more. You will be invited through the listing agent of your choice to list your real estate on your local area MLS Multiple Listing Service. Potential Buyers will then be able to view your property through the advertising services of MLS.com.

IMPORTANT SELLER NOTICE: You cannot advertise or “list” your real estate directly on MLS.com without an agent. MLS.com does not work with any real estate buyers or sellers. MLS.com is an advertising service for real estate agents and is not involved in any real estate listing or sales activities. You must contact a licensed real estate agent that is a member of your local area MLS Multiple Listing Service to list your real estate on your local area MLS Multiple Listing Service. Your property can then be viewed on MLS.com through the MLS.com advertised real estate agents’ websites. MLS.com does not receive any real estate commissions or referral fees before, during or after any resulting transactions.
